Very tough one, the tracks they usually don't release on albums (or re-release the albums including one new track - I hate when bands do that by the way) are sometimes their best. 2 More Years? Flux? One More Chance? All superb songs which I think all got released as singles or on re-released albums. Actuallly, I'm sticking my neck out here, is there a better Bloc Party song than 2 More Years??? Hmmm

Great song, but of the songs you're talking about, Flux is the one that gets me going. Defo a top 5 BP songs.

I did that for 3 straight days. It's incredibly nourishing for a musical sense. They just don't make 'em like the Pixies. You can try and imitate, but no one pulls off the combination of classic tunes and weirdness that make them so interesting.

This Modern Love and Like Eating Glass are two fantastic songs as well, as are Helicopter and So Here We Are.

By the way, I posted this ages ago, but will again since we're on the subject. This is a rare TV appearance for the Pixies right before they broke up on Dennis Miller's short lived talk show after he left SNL. I remember watching both nights (he invited them back for a second night after their first performance. Fantastic bit of TV history. This also happens to be one of my favorite Pixies songs and rocks so hard.
