Just went to see Ben Ottewell and Ian Ball from Gomez, in Bristol. I can't understand why they didn't make it bigger. So talented and some fantastic songs.

Yep, they are on Epitaph after all. Gurewitz absolutely loves this stuff.

Just had a look at all the bands on the label, they have loads of bands i love. Joyce Manor, The Menzingers, Motion City Soundtrack, Parkway Drive and then for some mad reason. They have Danny Elfman on Epitaph. Wild.

I was listening to Slowdive, as i tend to do, and i might have impulse bought tickets to The Cure's Wythenshawe gig in August with Slowdive supporting on resale.

£158. Each.

Feels like i have to, two bucket list bands ticked off in one go and Robert Smith is getting close to the end of his career i imagine. He doesn't strike me as a farewell tour guy either.
