Great band these, one of my mates originally from from Sunderland worked in a record shop, was telling me in the early 2000s they found a small box of unsold original copies of Nellie the Elephant, which is pretty scare, they sold them one by one on ebay and every copy was won by someone in Japan!
Wish I'd of seen them live, a lot of the songs are about local places and people, like Finos was a real night club, the Ashbrooke Launderette....etc
