Possible the worst singer I've ever heard, it was always a good laugh in our house on a Sunday when she sang out the show "Surprise Surprise". She was lucky to have George Martin to provide her with some decent songs

Wasn't even the best female singer in Liverpool in the 1960s. Beryl Marsden was far better.
