What are you currently listening to?



'kin 'ell, I haven't heard that since... well... then!
This has been just shown on the BBC Four 1991 Top of the Pops repeat. They played 30 seconds of the video on their Breakers section. It was at its peak position of No.28 after moving from No.36 the previous week.

Hopefully this will make people curious what the rest of the song sounds like and find it on Spotify.
 
Tonights entertainment is provided by Jethro Tull, a pipe and a vodka martini. The festival in my lounge (just a notch below rather too loud) comprises:

Broadsword and the Beast*
Heavy Horses*
Songs from the Wood

*bringing back memories of a 6 week camping expedition in the 80s where they played continuously on my Walkman while I basked on Everton's multiple successes. What a summer.

"This Was" was one of my first purchased LPs.........however Stand Up is a personal favourite.....

Is it on that album Dahma for one - epic drum solo?
Love those earlier albums too - but tonight I was in the mood for mid Tull (before the late 80s poppy phase)
