Did Mark Bolan have his own variety show? This is amazing. He sings a few songs, then introduces other bands such as the Boomtown Rats and others including Hawkwind. Scroll through to find the cartoons of people clapping and then watch him introduce the next song. Sexy Cat he is!!!

I haven't read further, but I remember his programme. I prefer his late 60s stuff, but I recall reading how self- centred Nolan was, and how he craved fame, bit like Bowie, whose 60s music I also prefer.
