What are you currently listening to?

I didn't listen to much of his older stuff but I've always liked "I'm Not Alone", good tune that.

I've just flicked through it and recognise a lot of songs from the radio and whilst I've been out. He's definitely producing some of the best chart friendly dance music at the moment.

I've been listening to a load of random stuff I've been drop boxed recently

The Hold Steady, Frank Turner, loads more. Enjoying those two immensely though

Are you gonna go to that gig in that amphitheater? I was very close to going to one once to see the Arctic Monkeys and Arcade Fire. Gutted I didn't, wouldn't have been amazing

No I'm not going but I wish I was. The opening night is only £15 too and Mount Kimbie and Bonobo would be unreal. The rest of it is a festival with similar style electronic artists playing. Looks the tits.

I've not listened to much new music in the last couple of weeks myself. Sometimes I feel like I need a wee break from music.

I find it weird how people like Frank Turner for being 'political' and 'left wing' when he really has right wing views and went to Eton. Actually, on further research, he is a Libertarian, mental.
 
From Moosed's recommendation. I quite like this, Ninja Tune seem to have a fair few really good producers.

Ok so I'm finally properly listening to this all the way through. Part of me rebelled when mainstream people started talking about them and tbh I've never listened to them before. I actually had a girl tell me this record changed her life. She didn't tell me how.

I really like it. Have listened to it a load of times thru now. Just have to accpet it for what it is, and not expect anything like DA Funk, Around the World or One More Time. It's not that kind of album. (Well, with the exception of Get Lucky obv)
