I'm a facebook friend of Geoff Deane, erstwhile lead singer of the Letyton Buzzards and Modern Romance, now a successful screenwriter. He is dead excited right now because he's just heard this for the first time in 35 years and there is an extra verse on Saturday Night (Beneath the Plastic Palm Trees) that he'd completely forgotten about.
