I'm not so sure this is a done deal. DIC would be stupid to buy Hicks half as that leaves the board split down the middle thus buggering any future investment because of the simple who pays for what ,where and when. Gillette wouldn't sell at the same price, he'd milk DIC for all he could get. DIC have also made inquiries about buying the Barcodes which they would own out right and cost a lot less than the [Poor language removed]!

Even if DIC succeed in their bid they are not noted for heavy investment after acquisition, pity the poor vermin having to root round town looking for some one to spit at.
