Its been raining like , well , a lot . An AWFUL lot for what feels like forever .

The drains are all blocking , but , Ho-Hum , I live on the highest point in Liverpool .

Up to this week we've only had 1/3 of the normal rain in 2010. Wonder if United Utilities will keep the hosepipe ban on?
