Don't know whether I have this in the right place but I'm annoyed so don't care. Does anyone have a contact number for Everton not the Manchester call centre that I keep getting fobbed off with. Basically per-ordered my son the kits goalkeeper kit two weeks ago, along with paying for the kids training kit only to find out that he won't be getting it today but in a weeks time. What a shambles this club really is, he doesn't finish school till half 1 today and was expecting me to turn up with it. It should be left to Everton to explain to him why he hasn't got it not me.
Again a clear lack of communication for anyone associated with the club, more bothered about the launch of the home kit.

not being funny mate, but it was pre-order not a delivery date,,,I don't see what is unusual about it. So on the 24th the order gets processed and then there is the usual time. Your son will just have to deal with the disappointment....it will be good practice for him, being an everton fan
