WHAT A DIFFERENCE A WEEK MAKES

*awaits "but if only we hadn't dropped points against....." post.

Amazing. We sweep aside two teams we should be sweeping aside in our sleep and everything is rosy. No mention of all the points dropped to teams well below us in the standings, points that if we hadn't pissed away would have had us comfortably in fourth. No mention of the fact Moyes has no wins in 48 league away games at Arsenal, United, Chelsea and the ****e, three of which we still have left on this season's schedule. No mention of the fact we've got a paper-thin squad hit hard by injuries that will be lucky to make it through March with us still in sixth, thanks to another great effort from the board.
I demand better. We as Evertonians deserve better.

*coughs*

It doesn't make a lot of difference really, it will be very difficult to finish above the ****e and we should have beat Oldham anyway so.

I think we'll end up 7th if I'm totally honest. Unfortunately the ****e have now hit form and i think they will pick up more points than us last 10 games. We could potentially pip arsenal, spurs are too far ahead and out of our reach now. Same with Chelsea.

Shame, but it is all them draws that will come back to haunt us this season. FA cup is our only real chance of success and Europe.

This sums us up,,, but fck it lads, we are EVERTON!!

This season can still be ACE FFS!!!....... We just have to believe, and i,m 51 , so to the younger supporters,
all i will say.* You will witness glory * (y)

That day will be soon,, then you will truly grasp why you were chosen to be an Evertonian...

Started well, this thread, but deteriorated badly. (Didn't need a dictionary, there, lol)

It has been a good week, but tbh, I still haven't got over Norwich. I was in bed listening to commentary of MU v QPR with scores
from other grounds. Maybe had the worst ten minutes of my life.

I wasn't too sorry to see Spurs seal 4th, most likely, as I couldn't face another Villarreal debacle, but I want us to finish off the season well.

We could win the Cup with a lot of luck and that'd be great, but I'd be happy with a good run for the rest of the way in Cup and League. A win across the park would be nice, so there's a lot to play for.

Not so much positive as hopeful, but better than misery guts in Canada.
.

I want to see us play great exciting football all the way to the end. What will be will be. Cup is a chance though, which is exciting!

A very good season, lets end on a high COYBs.

This week has seen some improvement, especially for a fifteen minute spell in the 2nd half on Saturday. I still haven't got over the 541 mile drive to Norch and back, it will take a few more positive steps to put that right.
