What’s your favourite bus route in Liverpool?

Even numbers are the rich routes; odd numbers are for the peasants. I once got told that by a boss who worked at the Green Lane depot.
Not strictly true, for instance the 26 and the 27 went up the same roads and the 46 didn't pass many Mansions...might depend on your - or his definition of rich though
 
….I have an OAP travel pass but reckon I’ve used it no more than 5 times in 6 years on a bus. Did get the 10 from the Royal to Knotty Ash a month or so ago and the trip through Kensington, Fairfield and Old Swan was much different to when I had a school bus pass in the early ‘70s.

The route hasn’t changed but the passengers are very different.

I think he was being a wee bit facetious, as it clearly isn't that simple. Nevertheless, there's an argument of some correlation with his take on it.
