Sopcast Advice

Hello,

Can anyone please help me with some Sopcast advice?

I have downloaded Sopcast but when I go to that livefootydcotor link I get a screen headed 'SopCast - deliver your media to the world' with a sky blue bit underneath that - no choice of chennel or anything.

Do I need to register with SopCast? Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
