It’s down to the tactics. We don’t cross and there is no creativity. When the players get the ball they don’t know who they can pass to.

Lampard's tactics absolutely abysmal.

We do have players on the pitch that can affect this game and cause problems against what is a very average west ham defense.

We just do nothing to play to our players strengths whatsoever.

If you think about attributes of our squad, the last LAST way we should be playing is possession based pound shop pep-ball.

Lampard is a good talker but is totally unwilling to adapt his ideas for the team and the situation we're in. We need to adapt to survive or we risk going extinct.

Sack him, get Ferguson in for the next two games just to see if we can get any sort of lift while we find the right man. If he gets even a point from either of those games give him in until the end of the season. Siege mentality needed here. No I'm not saying Ferguson is the answer long term but the next home game, a bit of the passion from the Chelsea game last time. Something anything to stall this dive.

Ferguson is crap. He will do nothing. Like the Villa game last season. We need to stop with the pining for how things used to be when those things were also symbolic of failure. Bringing in Ferguson would be Kenwrights wet dream.
