Lookman’s attitude notwithstanding, we play better without Walcott at the moment.

That may well be the case, but its a squad game, and late in the game today, Walcott was the ideal man to be our out ball from defence. He has pace and experience, and can help at the back. Lookman is very much an attacking impact player, and then only when his attitude is right.

First time I’ve enjoyed 90 minutes of Everton in a while. Only complaint today would be we should be scoring more when we perform to that level.
