It's all well and good being all doom and gloom because we played badly, but it's only a friendly. I seem to recall just last season people saying we were [Poor language removed] after the Metalist game where Jagielka looked about as lost as a McCann child in midfield and we scraped past a unknown Ukrainian team that I'd never even heard about. This was PSV, a proven European side, maybe not the force they have been but even still, keep your collective knickers on fellas.

no its not? he often looses his man or his man gets round the back of him (usually when he is day dreaming) he never reads the game. thats why he always has to make last ditch tackles.

Most of the young players are good enough for the bench and thats all. To ask them to start games right now, is just asking for trouble.
