I've only seen the highlights on EvertonTV but we seemed to be all over them in the first half and could easily have been 3 up by half time. I'm going to the Palace game on Saturday so will get a better idea then. Let's hope, now that it looks like a bid closer to £6m is being made, Leighton Baines will be a Blue by then!

I saw just the last 25 minutes of the 1st half on EvertonTV - some of the best football I've seen from an Everton team in 17 years. Even Phil Neville's passing and movement looked exceptional. I got the feeling that, if Vaughan had been in there in place of Vic, he'd have bagged a couple for sure.
