Welsh Football Team

hopefully we can get some glory hunters back and pack out the millenium. i personally think we should move back there for the world cup qualifiers. i know what people say about smaller ground, better atmosphere etc. But if we could sell it out in 2003, i don't see how we still can't get 60,000 especially after we've finally qualified for something. i think 60,000 in a 75,000 stadium esp. with the roof closed is a better atmosphere than 33,000 capacity.

some boss passion on show today from the fans - especially singing the anthem during the match.
I like the fact that it's a small stadium packed out though, makes for a bear pit like atmosphere. It was great, we were right in the mix where most of the noise was coming from

Wales are for more then Bales, some great stories in there too, but calling them a one man team is far from the mark.

They havnt conceded I beleieve in 400 + mins which is exceptional.

They want to play for their country, it's so refreshing it's what international football should be about, almost all other countries could learn something about the dedication and pride of Te Welsh team.

As a non Welshman, it's fantastic to see and really admire them, I'll be be supporting them next summer and they will more then surprise a few.

We Yanks have played some of our most meaningful matches in a tiny little 20,000 seater MLS park.

Columbus Crew Stadium, the place where Mexico lose 2-0.

2002 CONCACAF 4th Round WCQ - US 2-0 Mexico
2006 CONCACAF 4th Round WCQ - US 2-0 Mexico
2010 CONCACAF 4th Round WCQ - US 2-0 Mexico
2014 CONCACAF 4th Round WCQ - US 2-0 Mexico

What I'm trying to say here is packed small stadiums are boss.

Also the Bales have been ace and I look forward to them mucking things up next summer.

no doubt, but i think a packed millenium will give us even more of a lift. it's not like one of these modern stadia with an athletics track - the crowd is still very much on top of the pitch - which is normally what gives smaller grounds the advantage.

I think it's safe to conclude that all the non English and on here will be supporting Wales next summer in the Euros on GOT.

Well in foreign lids. We'll make it a summer to remember.
Is right. We share a common love of sheep and have an abusive and arrogant neighbour. Supporting Wales sounds good to me.
