Certainly wouldn't be my first choice, but he plays good football and has turned Bournemouth into a midtable Premier League side - that's taken for granted now. Give me him over Moyes, Hughes or any of the other wrist-slashing names I've head suggested so far any day of the week

Does develop players and could be interesting to see how he could do at a higher level.

I like the guy and he probably does deserve a shot at a bigger club he’s done well, that’s why he’s best waiting for the West Ham job in the next 2 weeks
