I quite agree but who wouldnt want a proven PL goalscorer in the squad for the final run in?
Chris Wood back for them is massive.
I'm not suggesting he's Messi but he's far better than what they have up top.
I can see him nicking a goal to get them three points in one remaining game, possibly snatching a draw elsewhere with a goal.

He’s been the difference this season
They’ve been ‘in’ a lot of games and missed chances and he is one of the best finishers in the league and the whole reason they got Europe last season
If he’s back that’s terrible news for Spurs and West Ham fans
Think Leeds will be closer to relegation than spurs or forest in a few weeks.
Good shout adds a bit of consistency to the league placings, top 5 Champions league- bottom 5 relegated. And of course if it goes to 6 teams in the Champions league......

I said to my mate who is a Leeds fan that they'd be safe by Christmas and would only realise it with several weeks to go that they were never in any real problems. However, they are a bit too close for comfort to make my prediction come true. I am no Leeds fan but they seemed to have some industry and hustle and their fans do back them which I thought would have helped the be a few points better off.

Imagine the news comes out that there will be 5 clubs in the champions league next season and teams are celebrating the opportunity and really going for it...
...then at the bottom there are rivers of tears with an extra team going down.
Also, if there were additional european places beyond 8th could you imagine the 5th (and up?) from bottom sides reaction.
That would make for a crazy entertaining set of final weeks.
