Mirallas has not played 90 min this season - as a matter of fact he was only on the pitch longer than 30 min in 3 games
320 odd minutes for half a season is poor - even Naismith did more than that and Kone 4 times more
Mirallas scored 7 goals last season and 9 the previous one with many assists - this season only 1
Martinez must settle their issues and use him or sell him because their tiff is reducing Mirallas's confidence and value by the day - what a waste
In the Swansea game he was given a token 3 min to prove himself - was sent off for a foul out of frustration i think
Martinez must stop treating him like a child

Mirallas isn't the sort of player to suffer confidence issues and given he's just signed a new contract his value won't be decreasing anytime yet.

I like Kev and he'd be fine on the left wing, in fact, that's where he should be. That's where he was when Suarez crippled him.

Everton is a better team with Mirallas in it playing well, and he usually does - (play well}.

And, If Martinez feels that he needs a LW, I don't think he needs to sell him to raise the funds.
