I think that’s exactly what Carlo has been doing which is why we’ve got as many points as we have right now.
The result is we are unconvincing and painful to watch but snatch points here and there.

How do you know how they feel? Do you speak to them personally?

When you have watched football for as long as me, you can see winners and I don't see them here, possibly 2 out of current team

'The reality' is that we are still in the second group of clubs in a poor, and at times surreal, PL. Not consistently good enough (players and management) to make the move that Moshiri must have expected when he took the club over. Frightening to think that in all likelihood now we won't get any higher than the 8th position achieved by Allardyce.
