I heard this rumour....why is the FA cup being played on the same day as some Premiership games and a week before the season ends?

I believe its because the Champions League final is at Wembley and UEFA don't want any game playing there within 2 weeks of the final so the FA Cup final is being shifted around and that weekend is the best idea they could come up with for it.
