Modric about £25-£30m transfer fee + 50,000 too much in wages

Rooney about £35-£40m transfer fee + 100,000 to much in wages.

That's why.

Approaching his 30's. Only a silly club would pay that amount, plus we sold him for £24m so he'd be less than that.

I'd say £15-£20m.
