Honestly, just keep looking...it was limited to 100 pcs. (mine is #78 and I ordered a good year or so ago) so will likely take some time for one to pop up. You may even want to email them directly for any help/clues, if you're that keen; they case and regulate all their watches themselves so they may have a return or cancellation they're willing to part with, I'm not sure on how they handle stock like that.
Chrono24 is usually a good bet but they didn't have any (only 27 pieces total, whereas there were over 600 IWC's). Speaking of IWC...

From my understanding, they sold through them pretty quick so they may make something similar, going forward.
This one's not too far off and half the price I paid, since it's quartz.

I've nothing against quartz, for the most part, and the new one I have on pre-order is quartz but is also part of Ronda's gold plated, 6-jewel 'Mastertech' line of movements that is fully repairable...everyone's different on that, though.
