This is a positive, initially. But. Available to households surviving on under £7,400 per year. The thing is, when the money is there, and the two child benefit cap is overturned, that WILL move the household income. So suddenly there will be a take back for feeding children in poverty in schools. Which WILL be a negative headline grabber.
If I can spot this iceberg on the horizon, what are the current lot implementing this doing?
