That would be a wonderful idea.

I mean what could possibly go wrong when its confirmed that Player A gets paid twice as much as Player B. Im sure Player B would accept that and give 100%.

Thats a big issue at most clubs now as you need to be able to balance your books for ffp ;-( If Football Manager wages were correct, Cuco and Garbutt cost 60,000 grand a week in wages ;-( Cenk and Naisse 50,000 each ;-( Lads like Baines as back up is on 65,000 a week ! Thats huge reaso why its been so hard to get rid of our dead wood ;-( Schneiderlin, Walcott etc on 120,000 a week basic salary ;-) There's a reason why English clubs raid France, Holland and Belgium before for cheaper waged players but now France is getting better wages etc now so developing kids is way to go like at Ajax etc Even Barcelona etc use academy lads as don't have to pay them top dollar for a few years and they've proved themselves before giving them a Griezmann or Messi salary!

I’ve seen it reported Niasse is on 55K a week. Would make sense, as he was an expensive transfer.

Publishing what people earn isn’t “above board”. Everton is a private company, so it would basically set a precedent where everyone’s wages should be public knowledge.

thats been the issue though for Brands since he came in as players can refuse to agree to reduced wages to go elsewhere and due to Kenwright/Elstones Kitbag and catering deals we make very little out of our merchandising compared to others ;-( I think that deal is up at end of season? I've tried to buy jerseys online for myself in France and godson in Ireland but took over 4 months to be delivered there so now godson went supporting redshite as fathers family support them ;-( I've met lots of young french lads/lasses supporting us here due to Digne/Zouma/Schneiderlin/Sidibe and Gana but none can get merchandise but walk into every sports store here you've Utd/City/Spurs/Chelsea./Redshite/Newcastle etc ;-(

I’m sure I’ve read that when Baines agreed to stay on a year, he took significant sized pay cut, and he was on roughly 80k before? So he must have went down to pike £25k I reckon.
