Nooo. I live in Kyiv. I love this place. It is my job to work all over eastern Europe. I have experience of this regions football. There is massive drop off in quality in these leagues. I did not mean to offend.

He's been thrown in at the deep end because of Benitez's ego - as well as the dysfunction of whoever the upper echelons of Club management may be given what looks likely to happen in the coming days.

I hope he comes good but in the short term at least Digne to him is a large downgrade when we needed all the quality we could get.

Young lad, come from a new country, a slower league, hasnt played in weeks and thrown into that horror show of a defence if you can even call it that. Im amazed he hasnt scored an og and given away 2 pens by now!

He may turn out rubbish, he may turn out great but even a seasoned PL top quality LB would struggle thrown into that so im not going to judge him at all.

He's one of the last in that team people should be criticising
