Wow some praise, the Albion had some great players in the late 70s, Laurie Cunningham, Cyril Regis was very similar to Lukaku
Part of, are you aloud to call them the 3 degrees nowadays?? if not i will delete! That side nearly won the old Div 1, with some great football.

Unfortunately, I was born in 1995.

And yes, you are allowed to call them The Three Degrees - they're having a statue in celebration of their lives/careers in West Brom town centre.

Could have posted that myself!! On his day, he can be great, but there just are not enough of "his days".

We arnt that chuffed with what we have seen of Kone tbh. Same price, (ish), thoughts Liam?

I would have liked Kone in the summer.

Seems the forgotten man at Everton - and for outsiders - I would imagine due to Lukaku's good form.

Got West Brom and Wigan mixed up Liam! Sorry mate. We have referred all season to us having "swapped" Vic for Kone, hence the slip and asking a Baggie about him! He is out for the season, but did miss 2 open goals against Stevenage, so jury is very much out.

Mainly because he's out for the season injured mate - i think Kone is a good player who will do well next season, but i'm probably in the minority on that.

1) What are your opinions on Everton's season so far?

Fantastic year so far. So much so that we look at the first three matches of the season and say "What if...???"

2) What are your opinions on WBA's season so far?

You could be doing better but lack one or two pieces. Probably a bit of a disappointment for WBA supporters.

3) Roberto Martinez seems to be doing the business. What have you made of his tenure at Goodison so far?

In word, Outstanding.

4) WBA recently sacked Steve Clarke and appointed Pepe Mel. What are thoughts on Clarke's sacking and eventual replacement?

Don't know anything about Mel but I thought WBA's board was hasty in sacking Clarke. He'll land somewhere else though.

5) Romelu Lukaku won many hearts at The Hawthorns. How has he performed for you?

Very very well. Hit a slow patch recently but that's to be expected of every striker with the possible exception of Suarez.

6) The transfer window is open, is there anywhere that strengthening?

Another striker is main priority. McGeady helps a lot so I'd say another front man.

7) What side is RM likely to choose?

Howard, Coleman, Jags, Stones, Baines, Mirallas, Barry, McCarthy, Osman, Pienaar, Lukaku.

8) Who are the three clubs that will be relegated?

Sunderland, Crystal Palace, Fulham.

9) What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Strengths: Scoring goals this season, possession with a purpose. Everyone chipping in. Expect to win. Set pieces.
Weaknesses: Not putting teams away when having chance, reliance on one striker
. Squad depth.

10) Score predictions

WBA 1-2 Everton

1. Excellent, I just wish the rest of the top 7 would start dropping a few points here and there.

2. Thought you'd be better. Thanks for beating Liverpool, I wish we could do that.

3. Thought last year the side Moyes built was made for a manager that played Bob's system so not suprised that he's doing well tactically. What's nice is that he's also done well in the transfer market.

4. Clarke probably deserved a bit more time. I was suprised he paid that much for Anichebe.

5. Excellent - without him we might be the same squad that drew the 1st 3 matches against lame competetion. Clarke was probably fired the day we convinced Lukaku to come to Everton over WBA. Plus he's not scoring as of recent but he is creating goals for others at the moment.

6. Strikers: being thin at said position is the Everton way

7. Same as Norwich, maybe with Naismith starting (hopefully behind the striker and not out wide though). Also maybe with Oviedo starting as well.

8. Cardiff, Sunderland and Fulham (Palace looks to have righted the ship)

9. Strengths: you could make a case that we have the best back line in the prem (not only that we are extremely deep back there too as we have quality internationals who can barely get PT). We've defended and stopped shots well even though we often just leave the 2 CBs back with no support. Possession.

Weaknesses: have problems breaking down 9-10 men back. While our defense in open play is excellent, we might be the worst in the prem at defending free kicks. We don't score enough for all the possession we have (once again we have a bunch of draws because of this).

Score: we sweat out a 1-0 victory.

1) What are your opinions on Everton's season so far? - This is the best Everton side to watch since the mid 80's. There is a palpable belief that we are going to win every match we play, which is a strange feeling. We've been generally lucky with injury up until now so the next 4-5 weeks will probably go a long way in deciding how we end up.

2) What are your opinions on WBA's season so far? - Probably fair to say that you have looked a different side form the first half of last year. Rom was always going to be difficult for you to replace. The handling of Anelka seems to be an ongoing challenge.

3) Roberto Martinez seems to be doing the business. What have you made of his tenure at Goodison so far? - Its been fantastic, even down to his dealings with supporter & media has been a breath of fresh air compared to the dour monosyllabic musing's of David Moyes. The displays from the Newcastle match on have need superb of course, the performance at the Emirates a highlight.

4) WBA recently sacked Steve Clarke and appointed Pepe Mel. What are thoughts on Clarke's sacking and eventual replacement?-From a distance the sacking of Steve Clarke seemed harsh, looks like he was sacked because the team didnt meet someone else's inflated expectations. The delay in getting in a replacement seems long but I suppose if you got the right man it was worth the weight. As alluded to earlier, the handling of Anelka seems to be an ongoing challenge.

5) Romelu Lukaku won many hearts at The Hawthorns. How has he performed for you? - First 10 games he was fantastic, he looks to be getting frustrated now as he is getting a lot of attention from defenders so he is not seeing as much of the ball now. The flip side being that he is creating space/opportunities for everyone else. When he sharpens up his touch he is going to be monster.

6) The transfer window is open, is there anywhere that strengthening? We are light upfront in terms of options and cover at centre half.

7) What side is RM likely to choose? depends on injuries but probably the same team that started against Norwich.

8) Who are the three clubs that will be relegated? Norwich, Cardiff & Palace

9) What are your strengths and weaknesses? Sexy football all around and smashing the ball in from 30 yards, lack of options in key positions

10) Score predictions 1-2

Hi, folks.

I'm back again for the second edition. If you could fill out the questionnaire beneath it would be appreciated. The finished article link shall be provided later on in the week.

1) What are your opinions on Everton's season so far?
Martinez made the rebirth of the old Everton possible - plays attacking football with no fear of losing.

2) What are your opinions on WBA's season so far?
I feel very sorry for you - bad decisions cost you 6 points and Clarke his job.You boss most games but fail to convert in the final 3rd.You need a striker who can convert urgently.Your midfield is too slow especially with Brund not working hard enough. You need a good left back - Popov is your best - he has just been very unlucky with a few bad bounces going against him - but he is a much better defender than Ridgewell.Get an experienced def mid like Lampard or Terry to do the job for you that Barry is doing for us on and off the field.

3) Roberto Martinez seems to be doing the business. What have you made of his tenure at Goodison so far?
great acquisitions - man with an eye for talent - he is clever and passionate - a dangerous combination.

4) WBA recently sacked Steve Clarke and appointed Pepe Mel. What are thoughts on Clarke's sacking and eventual replacement?
Clarke had a run of bad luck and bad decisions going against him. Felt sorry for the man - he loved the Baggies - but life is not fair.Your new manager is clever - for your sake I hope he is passionate.A good working relationship with the players is essential.

5) Romelu Lukaku won many hearts at The Hawthorns. How has he performed for you?
Same as for you - blows hot and cold. When his form dropped for you your form dropped - we had backup this season for his off days.

6) The transfer window is open, is there anywhere that strengthening?
we need a CM , a striker and cover at DM

7) What side is RM likely to choose?
much like the last one

8) Who are the three clubs that will be relegated?
Cardiff , Sunderland and Norwich - you better pull your socks up.

9) What are your strengths and weaknesses?
strengths: possession , passing , defence
weakness: conversion in final 3rd - not as bad as you though , corners - defending and attacking , dribbling into the box and getting penalties

10) Score predictions
1-1 or maybe a surprize win for you - the refs owe you and must help Man united catching up with us
Support your new manager and start winning after Monday - we want to see you here next year.

Hope those that are travelling have a safe journey to the West Midlands and I look forward to hearing the amazing "Allez Allez Oh" chant. :D
