I think it's the Everton catch-22. He must be a coward to tolerate sitting on the bench for hours without causing a fuss. If he causes a fuss, he's off.

With Jelavic looking like he'll be off. Vellios will have to take his chance. He has all the attributes.

I have to say with ten minutes to go and a choice between Vellios and Jelavic, I'll pick Vellios every time. Also we need to keep in mind with Jelavic most likely going off in January, Vellios' contract finishes this summer. We are going to need two replacements for them. Martinez is going to have a big headache these next couple transfer windows.
