Spinach - all day every day.

And onions.

My missus got parsnip sap burns a few years ago. The uv breaks down something in the same into something pretty corrosive. Blisters everywhere.

Spinach is boss if its in a Sag Aloo, by itself it can get in the bin

Like tomatoes, they're a type of fruit - the seed bearing part of a flowering plant. @Billy Dean a pumpkin is a fruit too.

@Alanbileysfeathercut mushrooms are vegetables either as they're from a different kingdom. Feel like I'm pissing on everyone favourite vegetable bonfires here.

Broccoli and asparagus are the veg kings. Onion is the versatile grafter in the engine room, probably under appreciated. Peas and carrots are your centre halves: solid, if unspectacular.
