In comparison, I was surprised that Anichebe has 12 goals in 39 starts for us. I seriously don't think I can remember his last goal.

According to Soccerbase March 2010 against Brum was his last league goal- that's 1 in two seasons! He scored once in 2008/9 against Stoke. In 2007/8 he got 5. In 2006/7 he got 4. And in 2005/6 he got 1.

I think they still show it in black and white from time to time. I hadn't realised his record was as bad as two goals in three seasons.

Thanks phuck. Been stinking out the place at least 2 years too many. Funny how "we" have cut him far more slack than any other players simply because he came up through the academy.
