Shocker...VAR actually got this one correct
It was used as well as it could be there and of course it is to our detriment. They only get it right when it screws us![]()
Pretty sure we've seen penalties not called in real time given by VAR for far less contact than that, too.I'd be very annoyed to have that against us but there is absolutely no consistency in what is reviewed and what is overturned and what isn't
I've seen similar decisions like that for soft penalties stand on many occasions
1 minute it took them to clear our goal...ref played 30 second extra over the 4 minutes given. I am starting to think here if there is bias of referees against some of the teams from the north of the country with the exception of the sky 6 pool and united. At times it feels that we are playing away all of the time...that yellow on chermiti is beyond incompetence. Never a fault in the first place let alone a yellow card.It feels like it's only us that get's VAR applied with such... I can't quite think of the word.
5 paragraphs on the possible red card and two lines on their offside goal.nice to see pgmol wade in and condemn Tarkowski.
didn't hear anything on the Young penalty vs man utd, and nothing on the clear offside last night.
pgmol - exist to make excuses for the scab six.

Give it a day, it'll be neck height and intentional with all the usual hype merchants. The crawling by the gutter media is not an unusual sight, they want to be associated with their PL title win, 'football coming home' etc, legacy club of success etc, 'such a winning margin' fawning, ''great to see the boys do it for the fans'' and aldo, sweet sweet waste of space aldo, a walking punchline of a stereotypical brainless kopite, how we will be subjected to this danger. Also interesting to see that they described it as "just below the knee" when the image shows it as being absolutely central to the shin, so as much just above the ankle as it is just below the knee.
