All the moaning about the Sterling call and needing to change the offside rule is farcical. The same player in the same game scored making the same run because he timed it better the second time. The law is fine. It's just being enforced tighter so attackers have to be more precise. But guess what? So do defenders. It'll even out.
 
Only just seen the dive by the Chelsea forward for the pen. Thought the purpose of VAR was to get these calls correct?

It looked a pen on first viewing so the female ref made an understandable call, but when you see the shot from behind the goal which shows the dive in full it’s baffling they still got it wrong.

All for VAR (in moderation) but only if it gets the decision right. That yesterday was a shambles. If those in the booth didn’t see the behind the goal shot as has been suggested, why not?
 


Funny how all the big decisions seem to consistently going against one side, man city.
Var is supposed to check for penalties yet they didn't bother when it could have benefited city? Corrupt if you ask me
