Usmanov

Panorama reckon it's Usmanov's money that Moshiri used to buy his stake, do you trust Panorama Dave?, probably the most legit investigative journalist programme on the box for the last 30 years.

The last 2 months...

Usmanov sells his Arse shares
Goes on record with Bloomberg and says he is open to investing in Everton
Moshiri brings forward the date he can acquire more shares and buys a controlling stake in the club
Usmanov comes out again and says he wants to help Moshiri at Everton.

Do the Math Dave FFS, the chess pieces are being moved into place.

I think there could well be a point here, Moshiri acquired the other shares before really due. Where did the money come from? Plus is buying up these shares creating a pathway for Usmanov to move in, tbh we do not know (or anything that is happening) Should also ask the question why did he buy into the Liver Building if one follows Dave's negative thoughts1

If that was the case he would be here already.
Why stall
Usmanov isn't stupid either, moshiri has spent over 300m in 5 transfer windows and the team is no better.

:Blink::Blink::Blink:

The line up in our first game after The Mosh's takeover was

Robles
Oviedo
Funes Mori
Jagielka
Coleman
Barry
MccArthy
Mirallas
Barkley
Lennon
Lukaku

Vs

Pickford
Digne
Keane
Mina
Coleman
Richarlison
Gylfi
Gueye
Bernard
Walcott
Tosun

That's an improvement in every single position pretty much.

His going to spend he’s money how he wants it. If I was 65 I’d want a bit of fun with my money.
This isn't a short term project
The stadium still has to get past the UNESCO or who or any other people who oppose the stadium which will take time.
We haven't even got a capacity or a final design yet
Then there's building the stadium which due to the restricted location will probably take 2 seasons if done properly
Then there's getting the team into an established top 4 team which were not even close to, your looking at bringing in at least 3, 100m+ players

Your looking at 10 years and over 1bn spent, then to sell the club your looking at getting in a buyer which won't be easy.

Moshiri has already spent over 300m on players, we can't even attract a world class manager let alone players

Then there's usmanov, he said himself it's going to be difficult living in this country, every deal he does here will be under scrutiny ,abramovich is already looking to leave

How old was John Moores when he relinquished ownership?

No not really
Bernard doesent start and you haven't even seen mina play
Tosun for lukaku

By the way for over 300m spent you would expect much better then that

This is so obviously going to happen , that only the curse of Everton can prevent it.
Moshiri is going to return this club back to our rightful position.
One or two on here will be hanging their heads soon enough.
How will the darlings on Sky Sports be able to deal with the disruption of THEIR natural order. Lol.

Bernard will start.
I've seen Mina play and he's better than Funes Mori.
Tosun is perhaps the only downgrade but longer shelf life than big Rom and better all round game.

Not sure you could get much better than that for £300m in this market.
Mourinho has spent over well over £300m on Pogba, Lukaku, Lindelof, Fred, Dalot and Mkhitaryan but unbelievably some on here still think he's a Messiah.

Mourinho won 2 trophies and got to a fa cup final.
If you spend big you to at least show signs of dramatic improvement

7th was our aim before moshiri arrived and 7th is still the aim now
Any of the top 6 can have a bad season and we still won't be near them, moshiri isn't that stupid he doesent know this.

We're currently one point behind United and we've played the season with half a squad, unfortunately for you we're already not that far behind, a few more successful transfer windows and we should be right up there.
I think if anything it'll be naming rights sponsership or some form of finance in building the stadium.

Would love him to buy into Blue and White holdings however and invest silly money into us.
What would be the point of Usmanov just sponsoring our stadium? Every penny he pays above market value for naming rights would essentially be him throwing money away without getting any returns (either financial or the glory of owning a successful sports team). I appreciate that USM sponsor FF, but that's just small change.

Edit: Apologies for the rubbish quoting..
