Current value of his total shares is roughly 920m dollars mate (based on the current exchange rate) etc
so Usmanov has offered like 300m higher than their 'market value'
For reference on the rate he paid for Moshiris shares the value would have set Kroenkes 67% at about 1.16m dollars
So it is in no way a low ball offer.
It may not be but with all the money in the PL, which is increasing each year, would he not make that £300mill and then some by keeping his shares?
