It is a VERY VERy serious offer, if Koroenke rejects that amount over what the value of the shares is regarded as it is 100% the end of any chance Usmanov will ever have of buying.

HE's basically offered about 10% over what he paid for Moshiris - a figure which everyone regarded as him overpaying by a large amount, and he's offered about 30% over the market value (and 40% over what the last shares Kroenke bought cost him)

Nope thats the total value of all shares mate valued at 2b dollars, Kroenke owns 67% of the shares so it's a 1.3b dollar offer for them

It is designed to get the fans onside mate and against Kronke. Realistically that his only play, Kronke feels the heat from the fans, accepts the offer and Usinov takes over. It's his only realistic play.

It's totally planned to give him clear road to pull out. He could have made this offer at any time during the season and yet he choses now when we play them and now the stadium deal is cracking on? Yeah very curious timing .
