If he's providing funding against PL rules and it's proven. It could be bad news for us.

Realistically the whole thing depends on Moshiri and Usmanov's individual and collective motivations, which I wouldn't imagine they've shared with many people, if anyone apart from each other. Thus nearly all the chat about the situation is frivolous, though somewhat entertaining, speculation.
