You need to get that sorted out. I've met more than a handful of physicians with questionable pedigrees and clearly jihadist leanings (can I write that without getting Nikked?) who got to the States via the Great White North. Surely you're also tall enough to ride.
Let me work on that lid. A sponsored work visa would be preferable like. I'm so worth it.
How good are you at chartered accountancy or finance, and do you know much about IRS-sponsored housing programs? Not that we're hiring like.

If you write COBOL (and can make a proper curry) you can probably get an H1B without much trouble. Of course, then there are the 60 hour weeks and the fact you're basically tied to the employer who brought you in. One more thing, do you work cheap? I mean really cheap, mate.
All depends on what you're used to before you drop in. Easier to get one of these if you start in Bangalore.
