upgrading tickets from concession rates

When you pick up the tickets tell them and they will upgrade them to the relevant category and charge you the extra. I've done it myself when using StubHub.

I bought them off the EFC site and chose the print at home option, I've mailed the club, hopefully they can do something to help out

I’ve done this before.
Take the tickets to the Park End box office and ask for them to be upgraded, very simple really just don’t go too late as it gets busy.
