I did include another link called 'Own Posts' on the submenu bar, I can add this back in.



Had a couple of people say this every time we've upgraded, particularly when we moved from a completely different platform - vBulletin to XenForo a few years back.

I'd rather not spend the £500+ and what must be four days of my life with the aggro mate, but as technology moves on you need to prepare and ensure your on a solid foundation. The "look" comes after - this is after a couple of hours - there's only so much you can test on non-life environment.



It's still counting up the search index.

Wouldn't say "extremely poor" mate. Everything doesn't have to be so drastic does it?

I would say it needs the thread index numbers adding back in on mobile.

I've never got my head around New Posts vs Recent Posts;

Can you check the difference between 'Whats New' and 'New Posts'

I was assured no difference in functionality, it had just been repackaged to be cleaner. Have a scout over it, if something is definitely missing - shout an will look for a extension.

I've never really truly understood the difference between new posts and recent posts - I suspect thats why the developers have endeavoured to repackage it - the revised 'Whats New' element seems to get a lot of plaudits from forum owners though

Grand old team, further to my enquiry on finding my own content.

I'm using the mobile app and get this page eventually...

It gives two options

New posts and post thread

If I press the three horizontal lines on the top menu bar I just get a blank 'menu' header bar which appears at the top of this same screen.

I cannot access my own content unless I use the search facility to search for myself and go from there.

Even then most of my content from the last few years is missing

This maybe just me not used to the mobile app after this upgrade but it is getting too frustrating to continue and is why I thought of taking a break from GOT and perhaps coming back later or using other Everton forums

The three horizontal lines/hamburger menu is knackered, will fix it an make mobile browsing a lot easier.

What phone are you using? On my I can simply click my avatar an then your content you see.
 
That 3 lines was doing nothing for me As well but if you press the grandold team logo on the right of it it takes you back to the start that's what I've been doing
