I watched the most recent Spider-Man cos my mrs wants to go see this next week. Was utter guff. I quite liked the first dr strange mind.

I’ve never understood the obsession with people trying to unpack an entire film before going to see it. I’m pissed at how many bloody trailers they’ve brought out for it.

So it's taken him all these years to make..... The same film.
First one was massively overhyped. It doesn't need a follow up.
It does sort of look that way doesn't it?
Avatar was visually dazzling at the flix but every other aspect was poor, terrible generic screenplay, flat acting and dialogue, dull pacing. I've never felt the need to revisit it.
Since then we've had 10 years of Marvel, Star Wars is back, Star Trek reinvented, 2 new Alien films, even oddities like Valerian. They were all its fair to say 'varying' in quality but often spectacular. Then add in stunning world building and genuinely great film making from Denis Villeneuve, and even Chris Nolan to an extent, epic sci fi/action has been pretty well served.
Plus a high bar in TV series, certainly in terms of 'wow' scenery, Game Of Thrones has come and gone FFS....
I know it'll lose something just watching that trailer on a laptop or even a big ol telly, but I thought it looked cartoonish.
God I hope they don’t mess this up. Spinal Tap is one of my all time favourites

Nah not for me this; her cameo in DS2 was very wooden and rubbish. Fighting style and movement looked clunky and so far away from what a Captain America should be.
In fairness she won't have put in the usual amount of training for about 30 seconds of action as she would if a proper film is green lit. Don't think you can judge her on just that.
