All part of the plan...drag it as long as we can, it will give the illusion that the recruitment team is working until the last second of the window...reality this guy was probably all done yesterday with the exception of the medical. We did the same last year with alcaraz, then with rohl in the summer...I would have like to see more incomings especially in the u21s group to raise a bit the quality coming through the academy. A rb obviously is still a must and unacceptable that we still haven't signed one. Saying that patto has shown promise in the last few games so at least its an option for moyes when we losing games (because let's face fact he will not start ahead of obrien)

Going from other windows, we seem to wait until all the announcement media is done.
I think clubs have a few hours after the deadline to confirm signings providing all the relevant paperwork is submitted on time if I'm not mistaken.
