2025/26 Tyler Dibling

I fear Moyes will use these 15 minutes to vindicate his decision to give him even less than that going forward, when he should do the opposite.

We’re fairly comfortably mid table, got a few winnable games coming up, Ndiaye and KDH unavailable, now is the perfect time to take a risk and show some faith in the lad.

I hope I’m proven wrong and that he gets to start the next game.
He should absolutely be starting against Burnley and told to just run at them. Let him have fun.

Why do you think hes doing that?

Afraid to make a mistake and dropped again?

Moyes not giving him a proper chance?

Look at Alcaraz...trying too hard charging around as hes dropped no matter what he does.
I cant answer that to be honest, but I would be pretty certain it's not a coaching decision that he's not allowed to pass forward or run at defenders.

Alcaraz is just really poor with his decision making. We've had him a year now and it's clear why he only cost 12m. He gets into.good positions then consistently makes the wrong decision

With Dibling I just don't understand what he's trying to do. I haven't worked out yet what he's good at. I have no idea if is good at shooting or crossing because he hasn't even tried.

He wasn't the right type of signing. We needed pace and goals and he offers neither. It's not his fault. It's just disorganised and poorly planned recruitment.

There's no dropping him, he's already not starting with all of the injuries and AFCON.

Fair or not, he needs to do more with his time to expect more time.

Why does McNeil start if he’s not doing any better? For a more experienced player I don’t see what Hes offering except making up the numbers ?

How is this kid supposed to learn and improve from quarter half cameos and watching from the bench?

What does that matter when both players have offered nothing? What is Dibling offering that McNeil isn't? The answer is nothing as well.

Sorry but how on earth can you determine that with the chances he has been given to play? I don’t get Moyes thinking here at all, he’s not making any sense at all.

Probably not hard to look half decent in the second worst ever premier league team.

If you check the Southampton forums they can’t believe they got 40m for him.

Could he be a good addition, possibly, he’s miles short currently.

Needs a loan.

We don’t know because the lad isnt a regular starter. We know what McNeil offers, he’s been here years now and has started many games.

Why not give this kid a run of matches to prove otherwise?

And if what you say is true then what’s the point? Just keep him on the bench until he be shifted out to another team. What yet again , another waste of money mate.
