2025/26 Tyler Dibling

Think that’s down to him coming on in situations, where Moyes wants a bit of experience. Apart from one sub appearance, McNeil is only getting a few minutes. McNeil could be sold in January
But that’s part of the problem for me, the lad isn’t adding to the 30 games of experience form last season because Moyes…..
I get what you mean, but then there’s the age old argument how do you get experience if you don’t get played šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

…..I reckon folk understand why he doesn’t start, the issue is whether he’s going to be an adequate replacement for Ndiaye in January. It’ll be ideal if he is, only time will tell.

I get why he’s struggling to start … but McNeil being brought on a head of him is something I’m struggling with

….the Manager clearly thinks McNeil is the best option available to him at this point in time.
Totally made this up in my head but I think the McNeil sub was forced by the situation against Utd, and I honestly get it. Moyes pre-utd press conference sounded much more positive and keen to give Dibling more minutes soon.

….that would be a great sign if true, they’ll know if he’s ready.

I read somewhere that subs either sit on the bench and watch the game like spectators, or they invest in it working out what to do if they’re called upon. You could see how much Alcaraz wanted to get on the pitch v Palace and we need Dibling in that mood.
