Confirmed Signing Tyler Dibling

Are you genuinely ITK mate ?. Good shout in any case.
I am the mole. The general consensus has always been this will get done. It's just the hysteria, lack of patience and completely made up takes on this chat that create a very blurred and confusing picture. Just be patient. Things can of course change but there was nothing to suggest this wasn't gonna happen the details just needed ironing out and yes these things do take time.

I'm pretty sure sell on fees apply to profit, not full fees. I think there's quite a bit of misunderstanding on them.

That's it. Buy a player for £40m with 20% sell on, sell him for £60m the club you bought him from get 20% of £20m, so £4m and the rest of the sold fee (£56m) is yours.

Edit: As it's us, though, and nothing EVER goes right if we buy for £40m and sell for £60m they'll make a new rule JUST FOR US and we'll have to pay 20% of the the total bought and sold price added together so 20% of £100m (plus Inheritance Tax to HMRC).

I wasnt shy about saying the 2 main players i wanted this window were Dibling & Rigg.

I felt Rigg wouldnt come after Sunderland were promoted (though would have tried for him) and Dibling i thought £35mil + add ons would get him - when others were mocking me lol

I think he'll rotate a fair bit with the likes of Alcaraz and McNeil this season.

Its a big fee, Aznou's is a far smaller one. But i reckon we'll start to get excited about both in December when Moyes has games thick and fast.

He'll be one who we see with Armstrong get into the England u21 squad and grow with us to become a full international.

Its exciting. Now we just need Fofana, a top young DM and a RB.

…..that is a genuine concern.

This saga should have been started early July (latest) not early August, but you can't deny Hammond has done very well here

How long til the rest of the football world catches on to "the Friedkin" (walking away and then getting a reduced fee 3 weeks later) as a negotiation tactic?
You mean the same way they walked away from buying Everton and came back? Im seeing a theme here:)
