I believe if extras are achieved it'll turn out being something like £48m in total should all aspects be successful, thereby surpassing the Iceland fee. So 20% of any profit on what we'd paid at that point. We get what we want and end up paying the full amount (all add ons) then say sell for £50m then I'm not sure anyone's to bothered about 400k going to southampton.

I might be wrong but sell on normally only applies if sold during the first contract too. You would expect it would be a 5 year deal at his age and then potential improved contract in early 20s if he is successful with us and progressing as exoected. if the thought is not to sell him on during the initial contract.
