Transfer Rumour Tyler Dibling

Brothers gonna be in the home end at the away to Sunderland mate, initially worried in case something kicked off, no fears now as we will get tonked šŸ˜‚.

Re/ Sunderland, the have Tai Hume, who'd walk into our starting team, they just went out and brought in a 31yo guy from PSG to back him up and provide depth RB at CB...

Meanwhile we announced a fat lard arsedd third keeper.
And despite all this , Sunderland will be relegated and we will finish top half.

It has been off for over a week. It has just taken Southampton this long to work out that when we said we would not improve our last bid we meant it. They either reintegrate Dibling or climb down and do a classic undisclosed deal. They have chosen the former. We should already have a new bid in somewhere else but the trio of Kinnear, Hammond and Moyes does not appear to function smoothly or efficiently. We can only hope the impending September arrivals help improve the dynamic for future windows,
I'm not sure what arrivals you are hoping for in September with the window closing 01 September.

Our starts to the seasons have been poor since Moyes first time if not before.

I suppose it is a case of always doing our business last day of the window and then having to bed in new players without a preseason.

I was hoping we'd have put an end to that but this saga proves otherwise. How much does a slow start cost us? 3 million per position, 10's of millions getting in Europe.

The ones to the recruitment team! James Smith as Head of Scouting and Recruitment and Nick Cox as Technical Director. Vital roles we are missing right now, joining from Man City and Man United respectively. In September. Context is important when you interpret posts and as I was talking explicitly about our recruitment team at the point I mentioned September arrivals I thought it was fairly obvious what I meant but I will endeavour to be absolutely explicit in future.

ā€œOfficiallyā€. You think they’ve not already been working for the club? Of course they have!

No need; I am reasonably intelligent (not as intelligent as you) but misread that one, so I do apologise.

Thanks for the detailed explanation.
