Any of you had to sit through The Split because your Mrs watches it??, mind blowing drivel
It’s great, only slight issue for me was the last couple of seasons weren’t quite on par with the earlier ones, but generally very enjoyable and funnyI’d watched a couple of What we do in the shadows a while back, enjoyed it but never went back to it. I’ve watched it from start to finish the last couple of weeks and I really enjoyed it. Not for everyone, silly humour but Matt Berry and Kayvan Novak as always are fantastic. Mark Proksch is a real stand out as Colin, some truly brilliant one liners. I think I’m in love with Natasia Demetriou but it could be her powers of hypnosis

Watched this and turns out I remember NOTHING of season 1
I rewatched series 1 last month - couldn't believe how much id forgotten. So much better than I thought too - and I thought it was very good first time.
The tension in the last episode was off the scale
Such a surreal role for him. Your brain probably just disregarded itI'd literally forgotten Christopher Walken was in it

@COYBL25 , One you should enjoy, not quite as brutal as Godless but worth a watch
Series tend to generally be okay, the films they make seem to have all the ingredients, script, cast, cinematography but just lack something, I can't explain what it is thoughJust finished it.
If Godless is a 10/10, this is a 9.5 out of 10.
Who’d have thought that Taylor Kitch could put in a performance like that as Isaac Reed the white. man raised by Native Americans, closely followed by Betty Gilpin as Sara.
It’s got awards written all over it.
It’s mad how Netflix can produce something so magnificent like this, yet consistently churn out rubbish too.
It’s relentlessly brutal and grim, but a stunning piece of tv.
Would make a fantastic book too.
